The Vulx Fusion is 1.1m tall (perfect barstool height) and has two large 10cm rubber-tyred castors for easy movement. The podium section includes a large hollow storage area for a gas cylinder or chopped wood. Cooking area : the large circular cooking area is 72cm in diameter and features a central high-heat and fast cooking area for grilling, searing or sautéing, surrounded by a lesser heated outer area that acts as a hotplate to keep food warm. Colours : the Vulx Fusion is available in black or anthracite with an epoxy paint finish as standard. An aged-look Corten finish is also available for an extra cost. Many other colours are available, which means that you can match the Vulx Fusion to your favourite colour, an established décor palette, or to reflect your bar or restaurant branding. Durability : the Vulx Fusion was developed to withstand the harsh conditions of the French Alpine resorts. Movability : the unit weighs 100kg affording stability when dining, but moving it over firm ground is surprisingly easy, thanks to two 10cm diameter rubber wheeled pallet-style castors. Assembly: the Vulx fusion arrives in a large pallet and is easy to assemble. The two main items are the pedestal and the table top/cooking area, which are precision engineered to fit together securely and simply by use of several easy to access nuts and bolts.
