Lincoln Kamado 13 / 33cm Table Top Ceramic Egg BBQ Grill / Smoker
Lincoln Kamado 13 / 33cm Table Top Ceramic Egg BBQ Grill / Smoker. Bring your camping trip, beach day or staycation to life with the Little Lincoln Kamado 13 Inch Compact BBQ Grill. Cook, grill or smoke on the go with Lincoln’s most portable BBQ Grill to date! The Kamado is a traditional Japanese ceramic oven which has been used for millennia to cook rice. In the 1960s, these ovens inspired an American to create Kamado grills, which have since conquered the hearts of garden grill masters around the world. With the Lincoln Kamado Grill, Lincoln brings the benefits and secrets of the egg-shaped ceramic grill to your home. With a 2cm-thick ceramic wall, the Kamado has an enormous heat storage capacity, which absorbs heat for hours, distributes it evenly over the wall and releases it into the interior. Together with the air-tight lid, the grill uses very little fuel – up to 50% less than conventional grills – to reach temperatures between 110° and 400° C. In addition, the dome shape creates a warm suction like a conventional oven which can be controlled via the vent holes on the ground and in the cast iron forge. This makes it very easy to regulate the temperature inside, so you can not only grill normally on the griddle, you can also slow cook, bake bread and pizza, or – with the addition of aromatic wood chips – smoke. A thermometer on the lid always shows the temperature inside and facilitates the heat control. The material and shape of the Lincoln ceramic grill also helps keep the moisture inside, the grilling does not dry the food out even during long cooking processes. Little Lincoln Kamado 13 Inch Compact BBQ Grill comes equipped with. 1x Porcelain enamel grid. 1x Top vent with scale. 1x Cast iron charcoal grate. 1x Cast iron stand.
