VARIABLE TEMPERATURE SETTINGS & TEMPERATURE GAUGE — The Electric Barbeque features 5 variable temperature settings ranging from 1400 to 1600 Watts so you can stay in total control of the cooking process to ensure that you don’t under or over cook your food. The handy temperature gauge built into the lid of the BBQ lets you know the temperature inside the grill when the lid is closed. The toggle latch which hooks onto the lid allows for a consistent cooking temperature. NON-STICK GRILL PLATE — The surface of the BBQ plate is ¾ ridged grill, which is ideal for cooking and sealing grill marks on food such as burgers, steaks and sausages. ¼ of the surface is flat for cooking food such as fish and vegetables or for lightly toasting your burger buns. Due to the non-stick nature of the grill plate, only a small amount of oil is required when cooking. REMOVABLE DRIP TRAY & CONDIMENT STAND — At the back of the BBQ there is a removable drip tray which collects all of the excess fat as it drains off meat during cooking. As the fat is drained away from your food it means your food is cooked in a healthier way. The drip tray is easily removed for easy cleaning. You can keep all your condiments and sauces to hand with the handy condiment tray which is fitted at the base of the BBQ stand. Little to no oil is required thanks to the non-stick coating, which means our BBQ is an extremely healthy way to cook food. We’ve included drainage holes which will allow any naturally occurring fat or grease to drain away quickly and a removable drip tray for fat collection. Need to shut the lid while cooking?
