High quality Stainless Steel 304 ensures an even cook and no rust! This is a personal favorite of mine as I LOVE smoking my meats, who here doesn’t loved smoked Pork Ribs or Tender Beef Brisket? Just add some wood chunks of Oak, Apple or Cherry or whatever you prefer to you coals and away you go. The beauty of the Kamado’s temperature control is that you can hold a consistent temperature for hours on end, sometimes up to 12 hours on one load of charcoal. This can also be used for cooking pizza’s and getting that beautiful wood fire taste! Part of the beauty of a Kamado is its fuel efficiency, the lower vent controls the amount of air flow which in turn controls how quickly your charcoal burns and how hot… With a wide vent you can have highly accurate control over your air flow giving you the perfect cook everytime, this also allows for slower and low cooks perfect for smoking meats like Pork and Beef. The top vent further fine tunes the kamado’s temperature allowing minute changes to the inner cook. So many have poor quality cast iron vents that leak where as on the Grill Heads Kamado they come fitted with an aluminimum vent as standard offering you superb temperature control and a more consistent seal. There’s never enough space on a BBQ cart which is why I’ve added two side tables both of which fold down if required, with the BEAUTIFUL Grill Heads branding included too.
