It is assembled on two wheels with a carry handle so it can be easily transported, and comes with an easy-to-read instruction manual for assembly. This barbeque can be used to cook in three different ways, you can grill, barbeque or slow smoke; each method offers a unique taste and cooking style to your desired meat or vegetable. Grilling involves cooking over fire using direct heat, it’s perfect for cooking quickly and works brilliantly for foods such as steak, burgers and hot dogs. It’s also great to grill vegetables like asparagus or corn on the cob, the perfect accompaniment to any al fresco dining experience. It uses temperatures of up to 325°F. Barbequing uses indirect heat and smoke so it takes a bit longer but is great for cuts of meat that need to tenderize like ribs, brisket and wild game. It uses temperatures between 225°F and 325°F. Slow smoking uses lower temperatures to give you longer cooking times. By adding smoking woods to your charcoal grill, you can create unique flavours and it is perfect for curing meat rather than cooking it. Slow smoking is ideal for chickens, beef briskets, cheese and sausages. It uses temperatures between 140°F and 225°F. This charcoal barbeque gives you complete control of the temperature so you can cook your food in the best way possible. By simply turning the crank handle, you can adjust the height of the charcoal tray, allowing you to set the temperature, it also allows for easy cleaning. The barbeque features four butterfly dampers that control airflow so you can fine tune the temperature.
