The coal basket is hardwearing mild steel and deigned with plenty small air holes for ventilation and even cooking temperature. It has 3 laser welded hanging hooks to provide a safe and secure fit for your basket. The grill is made from laser cut carbon steel and provides a great solid cooking area with no chance of your food slipping through. Cooking temperature is maintained for a good sear on your food. The cooking plate fits snug on top of the coal basket with enough space to maintain a good cooking temperature. This item does not include a drum.
